Tina has spent her entire career helping businesses grow through people—first through marketing, and now through recruiting. Before launching Smart Hire Solutions, she spent decades in the marketing world, partnering with business owners, shaping messages, studying audience behavior, and learning what inspires people to take action.
That experience became the foundation of her recruiting philosophy: great hiring is great marketing.
Attracting strong talent requires clarity, positioning, visibility, and storytelling - the same principles that build great brands.
Over the past five-plus years, Tina has become a trusted hiring partner for small businesses across home services, construction, and professional services. She's known for her responsiveness, her ability to understand culture quickly, and her relationship-driven approach. Clients say she "gets it" - the urgency, the pressure, and the need for someone who will truly fit.

Outside of work, Tina is active in the community through the Rotary Club of Alpharetta and is a longtime tennis player - two places where service, joy, and connection matter as much as they do in her business.

Debbie has spent more than three decades helping companies find the right people - not with roses and candlelight, but with sharp instincts, deep empathy, and the belief that the right fit can change a life and a business.
Her background spans corporate HR leadership across financial services, telecom, and professional services, where she led recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and culture-building initiatives. That experience gives her a rare perspective: she understands what high-performing teams need, and she knows how to spot the people who will thrive in them.
At Smart Hire Solutions, Debbie brings a blend of strategy, heart, and intuition to every search. She listens closely, sees strengths others miss, and guides candidates and clients with honesty, clarity, and genuine care.
Outside of work, Debbie is a proud grandmother, an avid tennis player, and arguably the best baker you'll ever meet - the kind of teammate who brings warmth (and cookies) wherever she goes.
