• 90-day replacement guarantee applies for performance-related terminations
• Client must provide accurate job requirements and company information
• Client agrees to interview presented candidates in good faith

For job seekers and candidates:

• Information provided must be accurate and up-to-date
• Consent is required before sharing information with potential employers
• Candidates should promptly communicate changes in availability or interest
• Professional conduct is expected throughout the placement process
